Spicy Thai-style Mussels with Noodles
2 tsp oil
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small knob ginger, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp thai sweet chillie sauce
1 small red pepper, julienned
fresh coriander, chopped
Fry garlic, onion and ginger in oil until fragrant.
Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and sliced chillie.
Add the mussels and prawns, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the sweet chillie sauce and coriander.
Lastly, add in the spaghetti.
