So, okay, my cendul is short and stumpy, but they taste heavenly....and most importantly they are super easy to make. On a sunny day like today, who wants to spend their day in the kitchen anyway....
1 packet HoenKwee flour, or 120g fine green bean flour
1 1/2 liter pandan juice
Mix the two ingredients together over medium heat until thickened.
Using a colander, strain mixture over a bucket of ice-cold water letting the droplets of jade-like jelly set in the cold water.
Serve it with coconut milk and palm-sugar syrup
