Blueberry Coffee Cake

Blueberry Coffee Cake

1 cup flour
1tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
2 cups fresh blueberries

Preheat the oven to 170 C. Line the bottom of 8 inch spring form pan with parchment paper.

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients, alternately with the milk, and mix only until combined.

Spread the batter onto the prepared pan. Evenly arrange the blueberries on top of the cake batter.

Bake for about 45 - 50 minutes.

Mamafami -- no one wanted to eat those shriveled up blueberries in the fridge, so terpaksalah buat either cake or muffin.

Rinnchan -- you're not the only one....I did go through a "dumb blonde" phase...too many times to mention. me thinking (oh, no!!) we should have a teh tarik cake

Cek De Sam -- Take care..

Masriyah -- we love fresh blueberries. Last year, we went blueberry picking....we had a little contest....tengok sapa dapat kutip paling hubby came in last 'cos instead of masuk dalam bekas....blueberries dia masuk dalam mulut.

Lee Lin -- mungkin rupa tak mengancam tapi I'm sure rasa mengancam sangat

Mamasya -- satu saja tau!!

Meorjay -- terimakasih....

Zaza -- right now the fresh blueberries are so sweet, might as well just pop it into you mouth.....less pinggan to basuh!!!
and, yes, we will be at the embassy for Merdeka celebration....see ya!!

Hajar -- Hi Hajar, Muna rasa resepi tak berapa sesuai dengan kacang...takut kering sangat. Nanti Muna carikan resepi yang banyak gunakan kacang, okay.
