Tuna Tom Yam Spaghettini

Another beautiful day...........I'm not about to spend the whole day in the kitchen. From what I heard from our friendly dutch weatherman, everything will change during the weekend. Rain is forecasted on Sunday.... an initial welcoming change that will quickly turn into soaked wellies and mud-trodden hallway and bad hair days.
This morning, I found meself in the nearby garden centre, trying to decide on either the geraniums or the busy lizzies. Couldn't I bought them all.
By the time I got to the kitchen, I was crazy hungry......never a fan of instant noodle, this is to me the quickest meal that I can come up. Enjoy...

Tuna Tom Yam Spaghettini

2 canned tuna in water
2 tbsp tomyam paste
1 can coconut milk
2 cups water
salt, sugar and vinegar

Boiled spaghettini, or any pasta you get hold of

Large onions
Mango, if available
Fresh pineapple
Fresh mint

Dump all ingredients into a pot and let it simmer.
Season to taste.

What could be easier............
