Red Snapper with Thai Red Curry Sauce

I just came back from the dentist after suffering a persistent pain in my lower jaw. Just my luck, I was told that I am suffering from dry socket (alveolar osteitis) and bone sequestra. Looks like its back to more soft food (yucks!) for me....I'll start tomorrow...maybe...not!

Red Snapper with Thai Red Curry Sauce

3 pieces Red Snapper fillet
Season with salt, pepper and tumeric and rub with a little oil.
Place fish under a grill for about 4 minutes on each side.

Thai Red Curry Sauce

1 tbsp thai red curry paste
juice of 1 lemon
1 small can coconut milk
1 lemongrass
salt and sugar, to taste

In a pan add curry paste to the coconut milk and reduce until thick.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and season well.
