Baked Potatoes and Tuna Casseroles

Yes.... I have a bunch of giggly tweenies in the house. My daughter is hosting a sleepover. Instead of having the usual Pizza, I decided for a more healthier(?) options for the duracell-operated girls. So,I made up this easy recipe that they can enjoy while watching their favourite movie on telly.

And by the way, do you know that starting from 23rd April is the "Turn-off TV" week. Share with us your views, opinions, experiences or anything at all....

Baked Potatoes and Tuna Casseroles

4 large baking potatoes
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper

2 canned tuna in water
2 cups frozen peas
1 cup bechamel sauce
Any type of cheese for topping.(I'm using smoked gouda.)

To make the mashed potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Drained.
Add sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. Beat everything together well.

Bechamel sauce
80g butter
4 tbsp flour
1 cup milk

Melt the butter, and add in the flour; cook gently to make a roux.
Turn off the heat and whisk in milk.
Turn heat back on,and stir the sauce until it begins to thicken. Add salt.
