Baked Tilapia in Red Curry Sauce

After the session with Marie, last night, I found that my creative juice was working overtime.... That can only mean one thing..... my family will again bear the brunt of my madness in the kitchen.
This is what I came up with.....
6 pcs tilapia fillet
the marinade:
4 shallots
2 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
2 tsp each coriander seed, cummin seeds and fennel seeds; dry roasted
1 tbsp chillie paste
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 cup coconut milk
salt and sugar to taste
Put all these ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Rub the marinade into the fish and bake for approximately 20 minutes in 180C oven.
